Refunds

- If you are not happy with the initial result, please let me know. I will work diligently with you to adapt the style to your liking.

Cancellations
- I understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will result in the loss of your booking deposit.
- This policy helps me to manage my schedule and accommodate other clients.
