How can I book an appointment at Dirty Blonde?
Booking is easy and convenient! Click Here to schedule your appointment online. You can choose your preferred stylist, service, and time slot. Do you specialise in any particular hair colouring techniques?
Yes, bleach. Dirty Blonde has extensive experience in lightening services, and will be able to draw on experience in various techniques to create your specific look.
I think my hair is really damaged and I don’t know if I can colour it again, how do I book?
We offer free consultations that include a test strand to assess whether your hair is in shape for bleaching, and if it ain’t, we will figure it out together hun!
What is your policy on late arrivals or cancellations?
We understand that plans can change. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations or rescheduling. As mentioned above, Booking deposits are not refundable, but they are transferable, as long as you give us at least 24hrs notice. Have a read of our Terms of Service for our full cancellation policy.
For late arrivals, we'll do our best to accommodate you, but your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled. If you are over 15 mins late for an appointment we may have to reschedule and your appointment will be considered a no-show. We will always try to carry out a service if it is viable.
If you’re ill, we will exercise discretion as per the business's Terms of Service. We would rather reschedule than risk spreading germs, and you not enjoying your appointment. Please, don’t force yourself out your sickbed for some highlights, hun.
Do you offer hair care advice for maintaining my style?
Yes, we provide personalised hair care tips and product recommendations to keep your hair looking fab. We will guide you on how to maintain your style and hair health at home.
Are you pet friendly?
Dirty Blonde’s most hard working employee is a miniature poodle called Baybie- needless to say we are about the dog life. If you would like to bring your pooch, due to the size of the salon, please check ahead of your appt to make sure all doggies are able to have enough space to be comfortable and relax.
Are there any special services for first-time clients?
First-time clients receive a personalised consultation to discuss their hair goals and preferences.
Should I come with dirty hair?
Now, there’s no point coming to the salon with freshly washed hair, obviously, but- 48hrs since your last wash is ideal, and please avoid using dry shampoo before a colour service. if hair is too dirty it may not lift as well.
Can I purchase hair care products at Dirty Blonde?
No but we can direct you to an amazing haircare supplier nearby. Grace wants to be free to offer the best possible products that her clients need depending on her hair, rather than being tied to a specific range of products that she will sell in-salon. This is further evidence of Grace's ethical focus and her determination to always provide the best possible advice and care to her clients, without bias.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods, including cash and credit/debit cards. For online bookings, you can pay your booking deposit through our secure payment gateway.
