To provide the Services and to make bookings and accept deposits, I collect and have collected over the past 12 months personal information about you as you have provided it to us in your bookings. The information that I collect and use when you interact with the website varies depending on how you interact with me.

- Booking information including the appointments you view and confirm.
- Client support information including the information you choose to include in communications with me, for example, when sending a message through the Services.
Some features of the Services may require you to directly provide me with certain information about yourself, your hair, your needs etc. You may elect not to provide this information, but doing so may prevent you from using or accessing these features, or from my ability to provide a full service.

To do this, we may use cookies, pixels and similar technologies ("Cookies") though I haven't used any marketing tools such as these to date as all of my traffic is organic and unpaid. Usage Data if collected at some stage, may include information about how you access and use my Site and your account, including device information, browser information, information about your network connection, your IP address and other information regarding your interaction with the Services so that I can keep making my website and systems better. I'm not currently using any third party or advertising services, and this policy is to indicate that I will continue to improve the website and our services, and this is what the information collected will be used for. Finally, I may obtain information about you from third parties, including from vendors and service providers who may collect information on our behalf, such as:
- Companies who support my Site and Services (eg the host of the website)
- My payment processors, who collect payment information (e.g., bank account, credit or debit card information, billing address) to process your payment in order to fulfill your orders and provide you with products or services you have requested, in order to perform my contract with you.
- I do not have any current plans to use any online tracking services for the purposes of advertising.

I am not responsible or liable for the accuracy of the information provided to us by third parties and am not responsible for any third party's policies or practices. - Providing Products and Services. I use your personal information to provide you with the Services in order to perform our contract with you, including to process your payments, fulfil your appointment booking, to send notifications to you related to your account, bookings, or other transactions, to create, maintain and otherwise manage your account as my client, and to enable you to post reviews.
- Marketing and Advertising. I DO NOT currently use your personal information for marketing and promotional purposes.
- Security and Fraud Prevention. I may use your personal information to detect, investigate or take action regarding possible fraudulent, illegal or malicious activity. If you choose to use the Services and register an account, you are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe if customer accounts ever become active on the site. If this becomes an active function, as always I highly recommend that you do not share your username, password, or other access details with anyone else. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact me immediately.
- Communicating with you. I use your personal information to provide you with customer support and improve my Services. This is in my legitimate interests in order to be responsive to you, to provide effective services to you, and to maintain my business relationship with you.

Like many websites, I use Cookies on our Site to improve functionality from the operational standpoint (eg if you save your payment method preferences for easier payment in future). For specific information about the Cookies that I use related to powering my store, see here. I use Cookies to power and improve my Site and my Services (including to remember your actions and preferences), to run analytics and better understand user interaction with the Services (in my legitimate interests to administer, improve and optimise the Services). I may also permit third parties and services providers to use Cookies on our Site to better tailor the services, products and advertising on our Site and other websites though this is not the case at the current time.

My business and marketing partners will use your information in accordance with their own privacy notices but I currently have no such services functioning on this site.
- When you direct, request me or otherwise consent to our disclosure of certain information to third parties, such as to troubleshoot any technical issues with your booking, but we will always do this with your consent.
- With my affiliates and business consultants, in my legitimate interests to run a successful business.
- In connection with a business transaction such as a merger or bankruptcy, to comply with any applicable legal obligations, to enforce any applicable terms of service, and to protect or defend the Services, my rights, and the rights of my users or others.

The Services are not intended to be used by children, and I do not knowingly collect any personal information about children. Please note, my client base is in Spain, but in use of our infrastructures for this website, international visitors please be aware that we may transfer, store and process your personal information outside the country you live in, including the United States. Your personal information is also processed by staff and international third party service providers.
If I transfer your personal information out of Europe, I will rely on recognised transfer mechanisms like the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, or any equivalent contracts issued by the relevant competent authority of the UK, as relevant, unless the data transfer is to a country that has been determined to provide an adequate level of protection.
